History Hour at the Museum

History Hour is the Speaker Series of the Farragut Museum

Dr. Chris Magra is a Professor of Early American History at the University of Tennessee and the Director of the Center for the Study of Tennesseans and War.

He will speak on the Military History of Declaration of Independence, and his new book, America’s First War. Admission is free and light snacks will be available.

Movies at the Museums

In partnership with the Knoxville House Museums’ Movies at the Museums, The Farragut Museum will host an outdoor movie, Herbie: Fully Loaded. This movie was written by FHS alum Robert Ben Garant.
