The 15th annual Forget Me Not 5K is a fun family event that raises money for Alzheimer’s Research through The Pat Summitt Clinic at The University of Tennessee Medical Center.

The Forget Me Not 5K, 10K and 1 Mile run will take place at the Village Green Shopping Center at 11433 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37934

Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd overall male and female winners. As well as 1st, 2nd and 3rd for male and female winners in varying age groups
